Who runs the app
AI Marketing Manager is run by Alve Castellanos, an independent founder based in Switzerland. You can reach me about anything in this policy at alvecastellanos24@gmail.com.
What the app collects
- Account details. Your name and email address when you sign in, either with Google or with an email and password. Sign-in is handled by Auth0.
- What you add. The business details, website pages, notes, and files you add to a project.
- What you create in the app. Drafts, plans, approvals, and the other work the app produces for your projects.
- LinkedIn, only if you connect it. The connection needed to publish posts you approve, and the results of those posts.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to run AI Marketing Manager for you: to sign you in, keep your projects, prepare drafts and plans, and publish the posts you approve. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the providers listed below.
Who else handles your data
- Amazon Web Services hosts the app and its data in the United States.
- Auth0 handles sign-in.
- LinkedIn receives the posts you approve, only if you connect your LinkedIn account.
If you connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, that assistant reads your project data under your own account with that provider, and their privacy policy applies to that use.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, the app receives only your name, email address, and profile picture, and uses them only to sign you in. The app does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google data.
AI Marketing Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
The app uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app, under Settings. You can also email me and I will delete it for you. Disconnecting LinkedIn in the app removes the app’s access to your LinkedIn account.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
