These terms cover alvecastellanos.com and AI Marketing Manager, including its connections to supported AI assistants. They explain what you can expect from these services and your responsibilities when using them.
1. Who operates these services
The website and AI Marketing Manager are operated by Alve Castellanos, acting personally and based in Switzerland. You can contact me at alvecastellanos24@gmail.com about these terms, support or an account issue.
A separate written agreement governs any consulting or other professional service you commission from me. These terms do not replace that agreement.
2. What the services provide
The personal website shares my work, experience and writing. AI Marketing Manager helps you use project context to plan marketing work, prepare content and review recorded information about your projects. Available features depend on your account, workspace permissions and the assistant or integration you use.
Please read these terms before creating an account or connecting the tool. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or connect AI Marketing Manager. Mandatory rights that apply to you are preserved.
3. Free access and third-party costs
AI Marketing Manager is currently provided free of charge. These terms do not enrol you in a paid subscription or authorise a payment to me. If a paid version is offered in future, its price and payment terms will be presented separately before you choose it.
Services you choose to use alongside the tool, such as an AI assistant subscription or an AI provider account, may charge their own fees. Those fees are governed by your agreement with that provider.
4. Your account and workspace access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and let me know if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share passwords or access tokens in prompts, project sources or support messages.
Only access workspaces and data you are entitled to use. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to upload its information, connect its accounts and request actions on its behalf. A connection to an AI assistant does not give you access to another person’s workspace.
5. Review AI-generated work
AI-generated answers, drafts and recommendations can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check factual claims, citations, rights, audience suitability and any relevant requirements before relying on or publishing an output.
Website articles and generated outputs are general information, not a promise of a particular result or a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances. I do not guarantee revenue, audience growth, search rankings or other marketing outcomes.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you already have in the material you provide. You must have permission to upload and use that material, including personal data and content belonging to other people.
You give me the limited permission needed to host, process, index and display that material, and to use it to carry out the service functions you request. This includes sending relevant information to the providers or integrations needed for the functions you choose. The privacy policy describes personal-data handling; these terms do not replace it.
These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to me or grant a general right to publish your private content for promotional purposes. You may use generated outputs, subject to applicable law, any rights in the source material and the terms of the providers involved. Outputs may be similar to material generated for others; uniqueness or exclusive rights are not guaranteed.
7. Publication requires your approval
Preparing or saving a draft is different from publishing it. Where AI Marketing Manager supports publication, a person authorised to approve that action must approve the specific publication through the application’s approval controls. A general instruction, an operating mode or a scheduled time does not replace that approval.
Before approving, check the content, attachments, destination account and timing. You are responsible for having the rights and authority to publish. Platform restrictions or technical failures may still prevent or delay an approved publication.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to:
- Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send unlawful spam or publish deceptive or abusive material.
- Access data without permission, impersonate another person, or bypass workspace permissions or publication approvals.
- Probe, attack or disrupt systems without explicit authorisation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to obtain another person’s credentials.
- Upload information you have no right to share, or use a connected platform in breach of its applicable terms.
Security or product-testing features must be used only on systems you are authorised to test and within the agreed testing scope.
9. Connected services
Connecting an AI assistant or another provider is your choice. That provider is a separate service with its own terms, privacy practices, availability and account permissions. AI Marketing Manager is not endorsed by a provider merely because it supports a connection.
Review the permissions requested during connection and use the relevant account settings to disconnect or revoke access when you no longer need it. Disconnecting a service does not, by itself, delete content already saved in your workspace or in the other provider’s systems. Use the applicable deletion controls or contact support for help.
10. Availability and changes to the service
The free tool may have usage limits, interruptions or changes as it develops. Continuous availability, permanent storage and continued availability of every feature are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of material that is important to you.
I may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, legal requirements or operational problems. Where reasonably possible, I will explain a material restriction and provide a way to raise a mistake. Urgent action may be necessary before notice can be given.
If I discontinue the service or make a material change affecting ongoing use, I will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Any rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the services and disconnect integrations at any time. Use the application’s available account-deletion controls, or contact me, if you want help closing your account. Deletion, retention and any legal obligations to keep particular information are addressed through the privacy policy and applicable law.
12. Responsibility and legal rights
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for loss caused solely by your misuse of the services or by failures of third-party services outside my reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to waive rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
13. Changes to these terms
Updates will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting an existing account will be brought to your attention through an appropriate channel and, where required, submitted for your acceptance. Changes will not be applied retroactively to remove rights you have already acquired.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in the country where you live. The courts with jurisdiction are determined by applicable law; these terms do not remove a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim in a competent court.
